Smoked Salmon Burrito

Soft Flour Tortillas
Cheese
C&H Classic Smoked Salmon Keta/Chum
Lettuce
Tomatos
Salsa
Other condiments of your choice

Layer the crumbled salmon on tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, roll up, put in microwave for approximately 30 seconds (times vary per microwave).  Add condiments and enjoy!

Clam Chowder

8-10 Potatoes
Cover with Clam Juice and Little Water

Boil until almost done.  Add clams or salmon.  Stir in milk and 2 tablespoons of Argo or flour to make paste thicken.  Add salt and pepper to taste.   Simmer
